Information we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and the products you order.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form, product questions, reviews or WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages visited and device/browser information, collected through analytics tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) where enabled.
We do not collect or store card details. Bank transfer details you share for refunds are used only for that refund.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders — including contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- To answer your questions and publish approved reviews (only your name and review are shown — never your email or phone).
- To improve our website, product range and marketing.
Sharing
We share delivery details only with our courier partners to deliver your order, and with manufacturers or service centres when you make a warranty claim. We do not sell your personal information.
Your cart and wishlist
Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed products are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you place an order.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@martonline.pk or messaging us on WhatsApp at +92 324 3493060. Some order records must be kept for accounting and legal purposes.
